Dr. Usman Alim is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, and the Co-Director of Data Science and Analytics. His research primarily focuses on data visualization and computer graphics, non-cartesian computing, and physically based modelling and rendering. Dr. Alim is also the head of the . VISAGG is a research group within the at the ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½. They address a variety of problems in visual computing using multidisciplinary approaches rooted in data visualization, computer graphics, image processing, scientific computing, high performance computing, data science, and machine learning. They develop fundamental techniques and apply them across a broad range of disciplines to provide flexible and scalable solutions.
