New 草莓污视频导航 Law course bridges the gap between science and law

Law, Science and the Regulatory State focuses on relationship between the two disciplines

A new course in the Faculty of Law aims to encourage knowledge sharing between law students and graduate students in sciences.聽

Led by Associate Professor聽, Law, Science and the Regulatory State is meant to ease the tension between law and science when developing policy and legislation.聽

鈥淚t鈥檚 important for both lawyers and scientists to understand the rules of engagement: which level of government is responsible for which environmental issues, or how聽science is sometimes considered聽and scrutinized聽by聽Canadian聽courts, and other times not,鈥 explains Olszynski. 鈥淢y goal is to help bridge the gap聽and explain聽what聽can otherwise聽get聽lost in聽translation between scientists and lawyers.鈥
