Professor published in book on Canadian Constitution
Professor Howard Kislowicz has published a chapter in "The Canadian Constitution in Transition."
Howard's chapter, "Religious and Political Communities in the Canadian Judicial Imagination: Two Tensions, Two Questions," is part of the new book which reflects on the ideas that will shape the development of Canadian constitutional law in the decades to come.
