The , a.k.a. the Clawbies, are a project started back in 2006 with the goal of highlighting great blogs published by the Canadian legal industry.
Shaun Fluker won in the "Best Bloggers on a Platform or Group Blog" category for his work on . Readers appreciated Fluker鈥檚 鈥渃ritically illuminating鈥 admin law posts during the pandemic, noting they are 鈥渞elevant, thoughtful and clear鈥 and 鈥渉ave done major work in holding the government to account in using their emergency powers鈥. The nominations also note that 鈥渋n addition to being a prolific blogger, Professor Fluker has long been an integral part of the ABlawg team, including editorial duties.鈥
