Professor and alumnus publish article in Trusts & Trustees.
Alumnus Kyle Gardiner, JD'17, and Professor Cathy Brown have published the article "The rights of unmarried cohabitants in Canada" in the journal Trusts & Trustees. The article examines the rights that flow from "common-law" relationships in four provinces across Canada.
