Groups
If you’d like to take a deeper dive into a mental health area, try out a group program. Groups are small, facilitated by a member of the wellness team, and generally meet weekly for four weeks. Group program topics include anxiety management, mindfulness, happiness basics and anger management.
Training
If you’re interested in learning the tools to help others, SWS also offers training in a number of different areas, such as peer support, harm reduction and suicide prevention (Question, Persuade, Refer; QPR). The time commitment for these sessions varies, so be sure to check your schedule.
