Welcome, Rubens Oliveira Santos, ELAP Scholar
The History Department welcomes Rubens Oliveira Santos, who will be here through the end of June as a visiting doctoral student and recipient of an scholarship from Global Affairs Canada. Rubens is completing his doctorate at El Colegio de M茅xico, and will be working at 草莓污视频导航 under the supervision of Dr. Amelia M. Kiddle on his thesis 鈥淔rom the City Between Rivers Through a Metropolis of Hidden Flows. A study of Mexico City and its Rivers, 1870-1970鈥 which is an environmental history of water in Mexico City.
