  • Arms move forward with opposing leg with elbows flexed at 90-degrees
  • Lazy arms
    • Cue "Swing from the shoulder"
    • Cue "Drive elbows back"
  • Remaining upright while transitiong around the cones
    • Cue "Get low"
  • Increases heart and breathing rates to prepare body for the warm-up exercises that follow
  • Practices a non-linear running pattern
