- Supporting players set up, each with a ball, in a square or circle formation around working players
- Working players run to perform one-touch passes with supporting players, selecting to receive the ball from a different supporting player each time
- After passing back to supporting player, working players should turn and accelerate into a different direction
- This drill should be performed at high intensity
- Working players moving in a circle
- Cue "Your next pass cannot come from the supporting player immediately beside you"
- Turns and 'opening up' movements train the vestibulo ocular system
- Incorporates acceleration and deceleration movements
- Sport-specific drill to prepare for the session
- Higher-intensity drill to increase heart and breathing rates prior to the beginning of the practice/game
