Biography
Throughout high school, I was interested in studying science because I enjoyed working in labs and doing research. I also found my passion for music as I played in a band with my friends. In my free time, I volunteered at my local library. These years were formative for me because I continued to pursue these passions in university.
Now entering my third year, I aim to become more involved in analytical chemistry research. This spring, I volunteered for a research lab that sparked my interest in analytical chemistry. I plan to continue working towards my degree and focus on research to gain more experience to pursue graduate studies.
I volunteer for my local hospital and tutor high school students on a weekly basis. I have also mentored undergraduate students entering their first year. I find time for my hobbies like drawing and playing guitar during school hours with my art club and in my free time.
