About:
HomeFront is a community based agency that works with the courts, judges, lawyers, police, child services, shelters and local treatment agencies to provide services and programs in the area of domestic violence.
Services:

Domestic Conflict Response Team (DCRT): proactively addresses families impacted by domestic conflict once they have come to the attention of major intervening systems

Early Intervention and Outreach Program (E&IO): support individuals, families and children to help them recognize and build upon their existing strengths; directly assist individuals or families in connecting with appropriate community resources.

High Risk Management Initiative (HRMI): provides risk assessment, risk management, and intense intervention strategies for high risk victims and offenders The Partner Support Program (PSP): provides education and support designed to keep victims and their children safe, and helps them to develop the skills required to ensure their resiliency and growth so they do not find themselves in a similar situation in the future.

Specialized Domestic Court Program: HomeFront’s domestic court caseworkers: ensure complainants understand the court process; support complainants through the court process and ensure the complainant’s interests are considered in the court’s decision; provide safety planning, referrals to community and legal resources, counselling and treatment needs, advocacy, and immigration status updates.
