From warm, contemporary rooms and suites to budget-friendly student residence buildings with single rooms or shared accommodation apartments for anyone visiting Calgary, or stopping overnight on their way to another destination.
Our summer conference sleeping accommodations are open from mid-May to mid-August annually. Advance booking is required with a minimum stay of two consecutive nights. Please contact us at meeteatsleep@ucalgary.ca for any questions or booking inquires. Please note that pets are not allowed in residence rooms or buildings.
We provide linens, blankets, pillows and a towel in all our rooms. Cookware, dishes or cutlery are not provided in the rooms.

²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ Campus is located 9 km from downtown Calgary, about 20 minutes drive, also accessible via Calgary Transit LRT.
Yes, overnight parking is available at a cost of $11.00 per vehicle per night. Please provide your license plate information at the time of check-in and prior to parking. Overnight parking is available to guests staying on campus in designated parking lots only.
Yes, laundry facilities are available in International House (5th floor) and Yamnuska Hall (basement floor). Available at a fee ($2.00/wash or dry). We do not provide or sell laundry supplies.
Yes, we have complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout campus.
Various food services are available on campus, including Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Subway as well as food and beverage vending machines. For more information, please inquire at the front desk when you arrive.
All rooms are setup with bed linens, pillow, blanket, a towel and a small bar of soap. We provide housekeeping service once every five days.
All rooms are setup with a mini-fridge or a full size fridge and a microwave. We do not supply/rent any kitchen equipment or provisions.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. We cannot guarantee early check-in, however, if you arrive early and your room is ready, you may check in at that time. If your room is not ready for check-in prior to 4 p.m., we will be happy to store your luggage for you until 4 p.m.
Check-out is 11 a.m. Failure to check-out by 11 a.m. may result in additional night’s charge.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Debit as forms of payment, however, credit card is required at the time of check-in. Credit card pre-authorization in the amount of $150/night is taken upon check-in to ensure sufficient funds for room and incidental charges payment on a card. Parking fees need to be paid upfront. Actual payment of incurred charges is processed upon check-out.

Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or adult chaperone.
Animals of any kind are not permitted in ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ buildings. Should a guest require a Guide or Assistance Dog, the guest is responsible for submitting a request to the Conference Sales Specialist (meeteatsleep@ucalgary.ca), prior to arrival.
No, all room types are not available during the months of September through April as students occupy the residences.

For individual bookings, you can cancel your stay up until 48 hours prior to your arrival date. When you cancel your reservation within the 48 hours, you will be charged one night charge plus applicable taxes. Pre-paid reservations during Stampede are non-refundable.
