Professor to write book on the interaction between tax treaties and trade agreements
Professor Catherine Brown is in Croatia meeting with colleagues to develop a book to examine the interaction between tax treaties and trade agreements (primarily BITS), with a focus on investment provisions.
Professor Catherine Brown, whose recent book, , was released in May, is meeting this month with European colleagues in Croatia to develop a second book that will examine the interaction between tax treaties and trade agreements (primarily BITS) with a focus on the investment provisions. The project will start with the Canada-EU Trade Agreement (CETA).
