A.3 Deadline Dates for Undergraduate Applications for Admission and Transcripts
Spring/Summer Term

The ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ will not be accepting applications for Spring/Summer Terms, 2009.

Exchange, Visiting, Open Studies degree and Open Studies non-degree students will be permitted to register for Spring/Summer Term, 2009 in accordance with the regulations governing such registrations as published in this Calendar. Visiting and Open Studies degree students will be permitted to register for remaining spaces in Spring and Summer courses on March 1, 2009. Open Studies non-degree students (18 years of age or above or holders of the Alberta High School Diploma or equivalent) will be permitted to register for remaining spaces in Spring and Summer Term courses on March 15, 2009.

Winter Term

The ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ will not accept applications to degree/diploma programs for Winter Term, 2010. The only exception shall be for admission to the Faculty of Medicine's BCR Community of Learners and the Faculty of Nursing's Bachelor of Nursing Accelerated Track degree programs. Due to admission limits, applicants admitted to degree/diploma programs for the Fall Term who are unable to attend the Fall Term cannot be permitted to automatically attend the Winter Term, 2010. Such applicants are recommended to attend the Winter Term as Open Studies students on a part-time basis. Admitted International students who are unable to attend the Fall Term due to delays in the processing of their Study Permit may obtain special permission to commence studies in the Winter Term.

Open Studies degree, Open Studies non-degree and Visiting students will be permitted to register for Winter Term, 2010 in accordance with the regulations governing such registrations as published in this Calendar.
