Dean's Entrance Awards Veterinary Medicine Dean's Office, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine 25 $2500 1 Offered annually to undergraduate students in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
2 The award is based on academic merit.
Dean's Second Year Awards in Veterinary Medicine Faculty of Veterinary Medicine 25 $2500 1 Offered annually to undergraduate students entering second year in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

Dean's Third Year Awards in Veterinary Medicine Faculty of Veterinary Medicine 25 $2500 1 Offered annually to undergraduate students entering third year in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

Douglas W. Morck Award in Investigative Veterinary Medicine Dr. Douglas W. Morck 1 up to $1500 1 Offered annually to a student entering 2nd, 3th , or 4th year in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

3 Preference will be given to a student with an interest in research/laboratory animal medicine who is from a rural community with a background and passion in competitive sports.
Dr. Edward C. Eddy and Mrs. Ruth E. Eddy Memorial Scholarship in Veterinary Medicine Mr. E.C. "Ted" Eddy 2 up to $1700 1 Offered annually to a student entering the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
2 The award is based on academic merit.
3 Preference will be given to a student with a stated interest in public health or production animal health.
Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Dean's Area of Emphasis Scholarships Dean's Office, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine 2 $1500 1 Offered annually to students entering the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
2 The award is based on academic merit, student performance in application interview, and area of interest expressed in application. Following areas to be considered: -Production Animal Health -Equine Health -Ecosystem Health or Public Health -Investigative Medicine -General veterinary practice

2 Focus on small animals. Exemplary communication skills in the Professional Skills Course related to small animals.

Hills Pet Nutrition Canada Inc. Awards for Small Animal Medicine & Nutrition Ms. Susan Jones 2 $1000 1 Offered annually to continuing undergraduate students entering third and fourth year in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
2 Academic merit.
3 Focus is small animal internal medicine and/or nutrition in small animals.
Ken Copithorne Family Scholarship Rotary Club of Calgary South 1 up to $1000 1 Offered annually to a student entering the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
