Introduction

The mission of the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ is to work with graduate programs to aid them in attracting well-prepared students, supporting the students well while they are here, graduating a high percentage of them in reasonable time, and producing graduate degree holders who are well-respected contributors in their fields wherever they are employed. To achieve this, the Faculty works with programs in setting admission standards and program requirements, and in establishing supervisory and examination committees. The Faculty is also closely involved in the administration of over $30 million annually in financial awards for graduate study.
