G.2.2 Final Examinations

All students are required to place their ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ ID cards (UNICARD) on their desks for the duration of the final examination.

Students without a UNICARD card will be allowed to write the examination provided they have an alternative government issued photo ID.

A student without acceptable photo ID will be required to complete an identification form. The form indicates that there is no guarantee that the examination paper will be graded if any discrepancies in identification are discovered after verification with the student's record.

A student who refuses to produce identification or who refuses to complete and sign the identification form will not be permitted to write the examination. The circumstances will be reported immediately to the Dean of the home faculty for disciplinary action consideration and to the Registrar.
