B.3 Sessional Instructorships

A department or faculty may appoint a graduate student as a sessional instructor to teach a course as Instructor of Record. Sessional instructor appointments are Term Certain Appointments covered under the Collective Agreement between the Governors of the ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ and the ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ Faculty Association (). Normally, a student may not be a sessional instructor for more than one 3-unit or 6-unit course at any one time.
