Mental Health Services

Mental Health Services’ (MHS) mission is to support positive mental health by providing students direct care and connection to accessible services through collaboration and consultation with campus and community partners. Students have access to a range of services through a Coordinated Care model, including: health promotion and education, 24-hour access to mental health support, peer listening, student-at-risk support and outreach, harm reduction support, on-line programming and resources, workshops and groups, co-ordinated care with a Student Support Advisor (including referrals to campus and community resources), single session counselling, and brief individual counselling. Whether you are a successful student looking to brush up on your skills, are concerned about a friend, or are in distress, Student Wellness Services can help you identify ways to improve your well-being and achieve your goals.
