Principles

4.4 The principles of this policy recognize that each member of our community has an obligation to treat one another with mutual respect. This policy reflects the contributions of all constituencies of the ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ community. This policy is bound by the principles of procedural fairness and natural justice. Allegations of violations of this policy will be dealt with through clear communication that the behaviour is prohibited, notice of allegations, reasons for sanctions, notice of procedures, the opportunity to be heard, notice of rationale for any decision, and the right to appeal within a clearly defined appeal structure.
