H. Language

Except in certain courses in the language departments, the language of instruction at the ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ is English.

Theses must be submitted in English, except in the Department of Germanic, Slavic and East Asian Studies, the Department of French, Italian and Spanish and in the French program in the Faculty of Education.

There is no Faculty of Graduate Studies requirement for proficiency in any language other than English. Individual graduate programs, however, may have their own requirements as set out in the Programs of Study section in this Calendar.
