Getting your documents

Accessing your ²ÝÝ®ÎÛÊÓƵµ¼º½ documents has never been quicker or easier than it is now. Learn more about how to access your documents below.

Getting your parchment

The fastest way to get your parchment is to attend your convocation ceremony. However, if you're unable to attend, you have the following options. 

You can: 

  • Complete a mailing request form, found on our student forms page; or
  • Pick it up in-person November 20 to 21 (between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.) at Enrolment Services on the second floor of the .

Degree reprints

The university provides one copy of the parchment (the degree); however, due to extraordinary circumstances, a replacement degree may be issued.

´¡Ìý is available if needed. The new degree will be marked "duplicate" with the date it was reprinted.

Proof of degree

You can use the following options to provide proof of graduation from the university:

Transcript

An official transcript can be used as proof of your degree. Your credentials will appear on your transcript once you've been approved by your faculty.

Certified copy of degree

The Office of the Registrar can make certified true copies of your degree. Mail your parchment to the convocation office to have it certified. The  is available online.

Employer education and graduation verification

An employer can contact the university directly to obtain verification of your credentials.
