The Architecture or Landscape Architecture Concentration is only open to students currently in the Bachelor of Design in City Innovation program. Students wishing to add the Architecture or Landscape Architecture Concentration to their program must apply online via their Student Centre.
In order to be admitted to the Architecture or Landscape Architecture Concentration, the student must have successfully completed a minimum of 60 units. At the time of admission,they must also have completed or be currently enrolled in the following courses:
- Design 201, 203, 221, 223, 231, 302, 304, 311, 313, 321, 323, 331
- Data Science 201
- Computer Science 217
- Sustainability Studies 201
Additionally, admissions into either Concentration will be based on two GPA considerations:
- A minimum GPA of at least 3.00 calculated using Design 201, 203, 211, 213, 302, 304, 311, and 313.
- The most recent, graded School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape courses, to a maximum of 30 units.
Students will be considered for admission on a competitive basis and meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.
